Job Description - Verification And Validation Manager [USA]

  • Manage an offshore team of 4 (increasing to 8) with face to face interaction with client.
  • Daily & weekly reports (with QT and client)
  • Daily & weekly reports (with QTF/U on deliverables according to approved timeline. and client)
  • F/U on teams training.
  • Leading meetings with team and client.
  • Team performing testing technical work and requirements.
  • Must be able to manage and inspect quality of work.

Desired Qualification & Requirements

  • 8+ years GxP experience.
  • Management experience.
  • Quality management system (such as Veeva)
  • Good manufacturing practice experience - V&V experience.
  • Good communication skills.
